Order Lead Time
Our fixtures are custom-made to order and require a lead time of approximately 8 weeks. At the time of your order we will inform you of a target date for the completion of your fixture. On occasion we keep a small inventory of ready to ship fixtures, please contact us to see if we have stock of your fixture in the desired finish.

Finishes
All of our fixtures are hand-finished and lacquered to preserve the patina and to allow for easy cleaning.

Return Policy
If we have not started work on your fixture, we will refund your purchase in full. Because our fixtures are custom-made to order, we regret that they cannot be returned once completed.
Certifications
All of our fixtures are UL and C-UL approved for Dry Locations. Our fixtures are not certified for the European market at this time.

Fixture Height
With a few exceptions - our fixtures are customized for height with a rigid pendant stem. Please indicate the fixture height required or provide us with the ceiling height and height desired over the table or floor.

Light Bulbs
All of our fixtures are suitable for low-wattage incandescent or LED light bulbs. Our fixtures ship with incandescent light bulbs as shown in fixture images and specified on the fixture tear sheet. Other lightbulb options are available for most fixtures, please inquire.
